Mark Roketzky is an Associate Director at TEEM Recruitment, having joined the business as a Recruitment Consultant when the company launched in 2015. Over the past decade, he has built an impressive career within the organisation, progressing through the ranks to Recruitment Manager and now Associate Director.

With extensive experience across the recruitment sector and a particular specialism in Education recruitment, Mark has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by both clients and candidates. He has established strong, long-standing relationships with schools, organisations and professionals, delivering recruitment solutions across a broad range of teaching, education support and operational positions.

In his current role, Mark contributes to the strategic development and continued growth of the business, while remaining closely connected to the recruitment process and the relationships that underpin it. His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering a high-quality service have made him a key member of the senior team.

Mark is passionate about people and believes that successful recruitment is about more than simply filling a vacancy, it is about creating the right long-term match between talented professionals and the organisations they join.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and following football, with a particular passion for Leeds United.
