Teem Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager to join a welcoming school based in the Lichfield area. This is a Full-time temporary role, starting immediately and continuing on an ongoing basis.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 7.30am to 3.30pm
• Friday: 7.30am to 3.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general maintenance, safety, and security of the school site.
• Carry out routine checks and repairs to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage site access, including daily unlocking and locking of the premises.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school through effective facilities management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a School Caretaker or Site Manager, with good all-round maintenance skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance procedures in a school setting.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently using own initiative.
• Enhanced DBS required and must be available to start immediately.
