The Role

Teem Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on behalf of a client based in Bardsea. This is a full-time temporary position providing sickness cover for approximately one month, with an immediate start available from the 28th.

The successful candidate will support the sales function and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general queries
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and databases
  • Preparing quotations, invoices and sales documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • General office administration duties as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office administration role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
