Claire has over 25 years of experience in recruitment, having begun her career with an agency specialising in the placement of trades personnel. Starting out in a portacabin on-site at BAE, she managed high-volume recruitment campaigns for skilled trades professionals.

She later progressed to managing several recruitment agencies, primarily focused on engineering, technical, and senior-level appointments. In 2014, Claire founded Teem Recruitment, bringing together extensive industry expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment services. She holds Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) status, and her extensive background ensures that Teem Recruitment consistently follows industry best practice and the highest professional standards.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors, whether tending to her garden or taking long walks along the beautiful local coastline. Whatever the weather, rain, wind or shine (though more often wind and rain!), you'll usually find her making the most of the fresh air and stunning beaches
